Mr. Jerry Bridwell, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Bridwell is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.A. degree in Geology and Anthropology.  Mr. Bridwell is a well-respected businessman who enjoyed a very successful career with Santa Fe Energy Resources.  Mr. Bridwell was Senior Vice President in charge of Exploration worldwide for a $1.2 billion company.  He served on the Advisory Board to the engineering department at Texas Tech University and retired from Santa Fe Energy Resources in 1999.  He currently serves on the Escondido advisory board in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.

Mr. William J. (Bill) Bright, C.E.O

Mr. Bright is an entrepreneur and inventor with a long history of accomplishments. He has owned a wide variety of businesses including restaurants, yacht charter, furniture manufacturing, data management, software development in the real estate and legal fields. Mr. Bright co-founded Robinwood Furniture Manufacturing, which manufactured modular K-D furniture using his unique assembly system. The company quickly grew to three hundred employees and thirteen stores in two years. Mr. Bright’s forte is in the innovation and improvement of designs and processes.

Mr. Clay Bridwell, President

Mr. Bridwell is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.A. degree in Marketing.  Mr. Bridwell served as an energy trader with various natural gas and electricity trading companies from 1995 to 2003.   Mr. Bridwell’s last assignment was with TXU Energy Trading where he was a Senior Energy Trader before electing to organize and start PROTEK.  Clay Bridwell is responsible for manufacturing coordination, purchasing and logistics and office administration.
